WHY CHARITY? by Tolulope Oguntoyinbo

I am not responsible for their predicament you say? True you are not to blame for the misfortune of others.  However, take a minute to think over this issue. Put yourselves in their shoes and think like you. They also wish to live a life of abundance, comfort isn’t a taboo to them, and they want just enough to survive. The less- privileged we call them.... yes they have little or no privilege like you do.  They are the set of people who have not enough food to eat, the group that has no blanket to keep them warm in the winter, the community that doesn’t understand the process of electricity because they had never even seen a bulb. School? No, that’s farfetched because they just cant afford it.

Charity a Noble Occupation: by Asima Sadiia

There is no more noble occupation in the world than to assist another
human being-to help someone succeed. - Alan Loy McGinnis
In today's modern era, life has become merely a reflection of rat race, where no-one is bothered about the rest of the fellows. In such a mechanical times, one can think of the condition being faced by the poor, needy, helpless and the orphans who have got no one to take care of, no one to support. But only if for a while, we could take a pause and think, is this all we are born for? Would we lead the life with mere shallow purposes, or can we look deep into the eyes of the deprived ones and offer a helping hand to them for getting out of the miseries, life put on their shoulders without their will?
The purpose of life is not to be happy - but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all. - Leo Rosten

Car Donation As A Christmas Charity Donations by Edgardo Berones

This year, let us make the most unique way to share the spirit of Christmas not only for our loved ones but to others as well. Let us all share what we have and reach out to others who need help and support the most - people from the orphanage and elderly care facilities. Let us move away from the commercialized and traditional way of celebrating Christmas and let us do our part in helping out the needy and the poor. As a nation, we must act as one in supporting our fellowmen.

Charity - Definition by James Peacock

A charity is an organization which exists mainly to enable one group to assist another group, whether it is a group of people, animals, nature or another cause. Numerous of the best-known charities had been put in place by people who felt enthusiastic about a situation or subject which they thought was completely wrong or preventable. Nearly each and every group who commences a charity has incredible passion and push for their cause, and have decided on to take a stand for what they believe in. Many charities possess the same goal: to eliminate the problem they're against and cease to exist. Sadly, most charities cannot attain that objective as either the problems are too large for one charity to annihilate, or not enough people are donating or becoming involved. Charity function is really a community effort, not easy a job for a single person or group.
